1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

- Package does not match the description provided
- Technical failure on our end prevents delivery
- Duplicate charges or payment processing errors
2. No Refund After Confirmed Access
Once you have successfully logged in and confirmed access to the digital gaming package, refunds are not available. Login confirmation constitutes successful delivery of the service.
3. Replacement Guarantee
If access fails within the delivery window (1-24 hours), we will provide a replacement package of equal or greater value at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

- Account suspension due to customer actions
- Failure to follow provided instructions
