Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled before access credentials are delivered. Once credentials are sent and delivery is confirmed, cancellation is not possible.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order:

• Contact support@gameboost24.com immediately
• Provide your order number
• Cancellation must be requested before delivery
• Confirmation will be sent within 1 hour

3. Instant Delivery Orders

Orders marked "Instant Delivery" are processed immediately and typically cannot be cancelled. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel such an order.

4. Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved before delivery, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Cancellable Situations

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

• Access credentials have been delivered
• You have logged in and confirmed access
• The package has been accessed or used
• More than 24 hours have passed since delivery
